FILTER BAG PROFILE
FMS filter bag is an effective and high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant, acid and alkali resistant and wear-resistant composite product. FMS is a new type of high temperature filter for the development of blast furnace gas dry cleaning. FMS filter material added P84 fiber on the basis of glass fiber needle felt, making the felt layer more compact, and the winding between fibers enhanced, which can be used to deal with higher filtering wind speed.P84 fiber is section 3 leaf type, to form a high coefficient of surface area, increasing the probability of dust, and the special section shape, the dust most concentrated to the surface of filter material, difficult to penetrate the filter material blocking space inside, reduce resistance and improve the filtering speed.

This product has the following advantages compared with glass fiber felt.
1 Good temperature resistance, up to 260 degrees.
2. Wear-resisting, bending and bending resistance, better folding resistance.
